i made this website and so i’m sorry in advance. i was born in detroit, michigan and moved to montreal, canada to attend mcgill university (the harvard of canada) to study economics and urban planning (now irrelevant). that all happened before i moved to nyc to perform stand up comedy and act. i also host a show with some of my closest friends (who are all geniuses) at union hall in brooklyn as well as performing at some of the best places in the world like new york comedy club, the laugh factory, the comedy store, and the stand. before comedy i was deeply engrained in the fine dining scene and that continues to inspire my creative projects and passions. right now i’m using my skills as a writer and know-how of social media to write copy and make tiktoks for brands like FLAKES and Moonpals. kind of cool, right??? you can peep some of my work below <3 i’ve also worked a few corporate jobs over the past 5 years so you know i can get it done in that kind of workplace (working directly with businesses and customers, yikes)… now go look at my website :)

if you wanna pay me money for comedy related business you gotta hit up my manager tho carly@omnipop.com

here’s what i look like if you wanna cast me in a movie— but some of my work is belowww

here’s a joke i wrote about tattoos. there’s a sort of groundedness to the writing here… i mean i show off my tattoo, but the payoff is so goofy that you kind of forget that i did anything ~vulnerable~. kind of a common theme in my writing if you think about it……

this is the kind of work i do for FLAKES. they came to me with 2 goals— 1.) separate themselves from traditional dandruff shampoos and 2.) create a humor-filled brand identity. i wanted to flip the script— we feel bad for eradicating dandruff. i didn’t come up with the layout, just wrote the headline!

here’s a lil something i freestyled off top. remember when i said i was into food? this is that coming into play, but it also shows i can think on my feet really well and incorporate other people’s thinking into my own work.

believe it or not this video has over 1 million views— imagine what all the people in the stadium were doing… i like it because it kind of shows that i’m not afraid to “go there”

here’s more

look how sloppy this section is! but in like a cute curated way, i bet you didn’t think it’d be like this, but it is.

this is from a couple months ago— classic misdirect. i wanted to do something so goofy that you HAD to pay attention. i started with something grabby that would have people be like “what is this boy about to say” then boom— dumber than anyone could’ve possibly conceived.

i wanted to be able to discuss something serious without it being a total drag so i flipped a common turn-of-phrase about celebration into joke about going to a funeral.
